RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. Eligibility & Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Complimentary Domestic Returns

  • United States: We provide a prepaid return label at no charge. Simply initiate your return (see below) and follow the instructions to print your shipping label.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the returned item passes inspection.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

4. Exchanges

  • To keep things simple, Emanuel Berg does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. You’ll be refunded for the original purchase once it’s received and inspected.

5. Return Initiation

  • Self-Serve: If you have a registered account with us, log in and navigate to your Order History to initiate a return.
  • Via Email: Prefer a helping hand? Contact our Customer Care team at support@emanuelberg.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
