INSIDE THE ATELIER
Where every Emanuel Berg shirt begins.

THE CUT
Pattern. Cloth. Hand.
Every Emanuel Berg shirt begins on the cutting table — pattern-cutters with decades of practice translating a paper pattern into precisely-stacked cloth. A single millimetre, multiplied across a yoke, a placket, a collar stand, becomes the difference between a shirt that hangs correctly and one that doesn't.
THE MAKE
Single-needle precision.
On the sewing floor, single-needle machines run slowly on purpose. Each side seam, each collar attach, each placket finish — done one stitch at a time, by hand-guided machinist. We measure quality in stitches-per-inch, not units-per-hour.
THE FINISH
The hand of the iron.
Finishing is the difference you feel before you read the label. Steam-pressed seams. Hand-folded collars. Mother-of-pearl buttons sewn with cross-stitch — never the cheap parallel — so that the button stays on a shirt that lasts a decade.
