IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY
6.1. All orders are shipped from our Shipping Warehouse, Gdynia, Poland, using tracked and ‘signed for’ services for your security and convenience.
6.2. Please note that we do not yet deliver to multiple addresses in one order. Separate orders will need to be placed should you require this service. We do not deliver to post-office boxes.
6.3. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer.
6.4. You may track the delivery of your order by using the Tracking Number provided by the courier company. You will find the Tracking Number for your order either in your account or in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday during office hours and you can neither arrange the pre-delivery phone notification nor pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time. Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse.
6.5. From receipt of your order, payment in full and order conformation we aim to deliver within 5 working days, stock permitting. Please add extra 10 working days if you require customization, i.e. sleeves shortening or embroidered monogram. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries during holidays, which are:

25th, 26th December
6.6. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If goods cannot be delivered within the planned time, we will notify you of this delay.

6.8. Kent Sp. z o. o. insures each purchase during time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
