CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchases from Emanuel Berg. To give you peace of mind in your purchase, however, we offer a no-questions returns service on all orders without alterations. Simply return your item within 30 days of date of dispatch and we will offer a refund or exchange. (For items bought at sale prices, the returns period is 14 days of dispatch.)

We will accept items back for return and refund if:
- the item is in perfect and unused condition and you changed your mind and want to return your order,
- there is a manufacturing defect and you want to return your order.

We will not accept items back for return and refund or exchange if:
- a merchandise has been worn, used, washed, damaged,
- a merchandise was altered.

1) ITEMS WITH ALTERATIONS

Items with alterations can not be returned or exchanged. Tailoring fees are also non-refundable.
Shirts, blouses and other items with alterations (shortened sleeves, embroidered monogram) are hand-adjusted to your requirements by our tailor. As a result, they are not salable, and we are therefore unable to offer a refund on these items, except (of course) in the exceptionally rare case of faults with the garment.

2) HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Please return item(s) using a box, which is resistant to adverse weather conditions and damage. You should add the original paperwork (invoice/order confirmation). Please mark “Return” clearly on the paperwork and package.

Please include a Return Form and specify whether you wish to arrange an exchange or refund. Please also include your current address, telephone number and email address.

If you are sending the parcel from outside the European Union, please contact the courier and ask what paperwork should be added to a parcel.

The cost of the return is borne by the Customer, unless an item is defected.

Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Emanuel Berg cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product to us should you wish to do so. Simply email us at info@emanuelberg.com and we will be happy to advise. Tailoring fees are also non-refundable.
If you want to return an item which is defected, please contact us: info@emanuelberg.com.
Shirtmakers Family GmbH and Kent Sp. z o. o. cannot be liable for any item returns that are lost or misdirected that is why we insist all returns are recorded and trackable.

3) HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS

If your item is in perfect and unused condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. Please follow instructions for returning the goods as above, however please mark “Exchange” clearly on the paperwork and package. The item should be exchanged within 30 days of the date of dispatch.
